We hope after you receive your hair accessory you will love and treasure it always. However, if you are not totally satisfied, for whatever reason, you can return it within 7 days of receipt to be exchanged or receive a full refund. Please email by clicking here to advise of the return.
Your piece has been made using the finest quality materials and should therefore last you a long time. However, in the event that a piece brakes a full refund will be offered within 30 days of receipt. Alternatively, please return it to us and it will be repaired - free of charge.
As most Glass Oyster designs are made from natural stones and pearls, there may from time to time be some small variations in the colour and size of the stones and pearls. Due to their organic nature, there may also be small imperfections within the stones. If you require a piece to a certain size, there may be small variations in the design to achieve this.
Although unlikely, at certain times items may be out of stock which may effect delivery lead times. If this is the case we will notify you and give you an estimate as to when to expect delivery. .
Thai Hill Tribe Silver
Thai Hill Tribe Silver (or Karen Silver) is hand made by hill tribes in Thailand. It is approximately 99.7 to 99.8 pure silver, purer than Sterling Silver which is only 92.5. They make these beautiful items as a means of supporting their communities financially. Thai Hill Tribe Silver complies to Fair Trade regulations. Due to the handmade nature of these items, there may be small differences in design and size from time to time. Also, there may be times when certain pieces of Thai Hill Tribe Silver are unavailable. If this happens, we shall replace that item with one very similiar but still as beautiful.
