Care for Your Jewellery
To keep your Glass Oyster jewellery looking fabulous, please read the hints and tips below.
Silver
After a while all silver will tarnish slightly. To keep your silver looking sparkling, clean with a soft anti tarnish and silver polishing cloth. These are very soft cloths impregnated with cleaning and anti -tarnish materials. Never clean your jewellery with harsh chemicals or ultrasonic cleaners. This will irreversibly damage the stones within your jewellery. If in doubt, take your jewellery to your local jeweller to have it cleaned professionally.
Cleaning
To clean your jewellery, wipe your stones with a soft, clean cloth. Never use harsh cleaning chemicals on your jewellery.
Storage
Store your jewellery individually in a soft cloth such as a jewellery roll or in a padded box.
Do not hang your jewellery up as this can lead to stretching of the stringing materials and eventual breakages. Remember to remove your jewellery before you take a bath or shower, play sport, go swimming or use a computer keyboard (for bracelets). Don't spray chemicals such as perfumes whilst wearing your jewellery. Remember to remove all jewellery before you go to bed at night.
